It focuses on developing a deep understanding of customer service, service design, innovation, and marketing to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the programme aims to equip students with strategy formulation skills essential for building a competitive advantage and offer advanced-level insights into management accounting.

This specialisation enhances students’ understanding of managing emerging technologies and utilising disruptive innovations for organisational management to foster a competitive edge. It offers advanced business analytics methods, empowering students to leverage data for informed organisational decisions and strategy execution. Additionally, students gain insights into real-world cybersecurity and governance challenges to address issues as organisational managers.

Admission requirements:

Namibian National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 8 Bachelor (Honours) degree qualification or equivalent, from any recognized institution, in the chosen field of study; a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management position verifiable at enrolment application.

*Applicants are required to submit a reference letter from the employer that confirms their supervisory and managerial experience as part of the admission process.
