Application Guidelines:

• There are two means through which students can apply to the Namibia Business School namely: via email by sending application to: apply@nbs.edu.na or courier the application to the University of Namibia, 340 Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue, Pionerspark, Windhoek, Namibia
• Prospective students can apply via normal application or Mature Age Admission. Note: The Mature Age Entry is only applicable for the Diploma in Project Management and Diploma in Business Management.
• Prospective applicants are required to pay an application fee of NAD400.00 and NAD500.00 for late applications which is non-refundable.
• Receipt of payment should accompany your application upon submission, via email or with a courier.
• All qualifications which are not obtained in Namibia, must be verified with Namibia Qualification Authority (NQA), visit namqa.org for the NQA application.
• Applications must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:
  – A copy of National Identification document,– A proof of application payment,
• – A copy of tertiary qualification and academic records (translation required if not print in English language),– School Leaving certificate (provide sworn declaration if not available)– An updated curriculum vitae.

• For programmes of study that require work experience, a reference statement from the applicant’s supervisor confirming the nature and length of the work experience should accompany the application.
