The course is designed to provide students with a more in-depth understanding of interrelation of performance management and financial sustainability, models of evaluation of strategic financial sustainability, selection and correlation of indicators for the evaluation of strategic financial sustainability. Students will explore how to construct and develop a sustainability evaluation model.

Course assessments and certification 

All the courses are real time online sessions with interaction, interactive lecturing with study materials, and group work (individual as well) on practical case studies. For the purposes of final attestation, students should complete and present their final assignments.

Upon the selected course completion, students will be awarded with certificates of professional competence (professional development certificates) in the areas which correspond to the title of selected course.
